The Kiss!!!
I’ve been friends with a sexy lady for a number of years. We would talk on and off. She got a divorce and we would talk. She lost her parents and I helped her thru some of that. She remarried. I was married. We would always flirt but never do anything.
One day not too long ago, she was at my office and when she got up to leave our faces got very close. it was one of those moments that may never happen again. We both noticed it and kidded about it. “Ain’t gonna happen!!!”
Since then, we have seen each other a lot more than usual. Not sure what was going on there– but we have “tried” to run into each other. Even called and said where we would be. All very innocent. All very public.
Yesterday, I was looking for her in town and did not see her (small town!!). I bought her a little Christmas gift and then called her cell. She was busy, people were around and I could tell the call flustered her. But she called back and said she would be in town. We met at a store and I told her to let me know when she was leaving.
She called when she left and I told her to wait for me– I had something to give her. We met and I gave her the present. She really appreciated the thought and not thinking (or maybe she was thinking!!), gave me a big hug. I did not miss this chance. We kissed quickly and then I pulled her back and we kissed again. Long, and slow and loving.
She walked back to her car and we kissed again. She got in and we kissed again. Shut her door– she opened the window and we kissed again!
It was amazing. Just as I thought it would be. Just as I hoped it would be. Just as I expected it to be.
I called her after she left. She was excited and worried. She is a sexy lady. Can’t believe that had never happened to her before.
It will be interesting to see what happens next!!
I love these types of stories. It gives me hope that someday, someone I already know will realize that we have should been together all this time. Thank you.

Jenna– as you get older, you realize that you can not afford to pass up opportunities in life. They may not come around again. Life is short. You need to live it to the fullest. Do you have someone in mind??

I do have someone in mind. That person knows about my feelings but I’m afraid that the more I try, the more he’ll pull away. I know he’s interested, but is simply unsure of himself.

Not sure of your current circumstances (or his) but I’d go for it. As in most situations, it seems that communication (or lack thereof) can create problems. What have you got to lose?? You don’t have him now. And imagine what you might gain!!
